Cuvée Prestige Extra Brut 6.0.1
Traditional Method and Charmat method
Cuvée Prestige is a long Charmat Method sparkling wine with a minimum 6-month secondary fermentation. It is composed of 50% Glera grapes, 35% Incrocio Manzoni 6.0.13, and 15% Muller Thurgau, Traminer, and Sauvignon Blanc. It is a highly representative wine with a distinctive aromatic character. 6.0.1 displays a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Its intense and aromatic yet fresh and fruity aroma recalls white-fleshed fruit, as well as sage and flint. On the palate, it is savory, mineral, intense, and persistent, yet dry and harmonious. The finish reflects its “extra brut” character and is particularly pleasant thanks to a fine bubble that tickles the palate. This prestige cuvée aims to be both a fresh and pleasant sparkling wine, typical characteristics of Prosecco DOC, but with characteristics of intensity and complexity of taste and aroma that recall the classic method.
