A wine with a very fine and persistent perlage, fresh and fruity, with a pale pink color and nuances ranging from very pale peach to copper.

The decidedly intense aroma features notes of white flowers, fruit, and green apple, which then fade to raspberry and blackcurrant. The palate is dry, austere, pleasantly full-bodied and savory, harmonious and creamy on the palate, with a pleasantly acidic finish.
